Lemon is known for anti-bacterial properties and known to strengthen the immune system. Lemon is also said to help relieve mild to moderate depression.
For the past 3 weeks, about 30 minutes before I do yoga, I drink a Carrot and lemon juice. I really feel the benefits. More energy, brighter skin, and better mood..
