Carrot and Lemon Juice

Tasty, energizing, and healing. This blend of carrot and lemon juice is a delicious way to get healthy!

The recipe is simple:

10 carrots

1 lemon

Carrot and Lemon juice

Carrot juice contains a long list of nutrients, Vitamin A, Potassium, Vitamin C, Vitamins B1 and B6, and Vitamin E, to name a few. Known to regulate blood sugar, help heal a number of skin ailments, and improve eyesight. Carrot juice is sweet, delicious, and very nutritious.

Add the lemon, and the benefits and the deliciousness increase further. Lemon juice is full of vitamin C, Copper, Calcium, Potassium, and many other nutrients and vitamins. Lemon is known for anti-bacterial properties and known to strengthen the immune system. Lemon is also said to help relieve mild to moderate depression.

For the past 3 weeks, about 30 minutes before I do yoga, I drink a Carrot and lemon juice. I really feel the benefits.  More energy, brighter skin, and better mood..

    1. Yes, I guess it really depends on how much your body craves carrots. Actually 10 carrots usually makes less than 2 cups of juice.. To me, and right before yoga, it is the perfect energizer. Sweet, nutritious, and packed with healthy energy. 🙂 Although it is true, that if you drink A LOT of carrot juice, your skin can turn a strange color.. (I have read that this is actually not because of the carrots, but because of the liver and the detoxification process occurring.) Cheers
